Teresa began her career in Property Management in February 2004 when she joined Thalhimer as a part time Leasing Consultant. In 2014, Teresa was promoted to the association’s Vice President of Events, Education and Membership where she oversees all event/education coordination for the association’s membership. As the association’s membership has grown over the years, she has seen her role expand exponentially. Currently she oversees planning and budgeting of the association’s statewide calendar of events covering the Greater Richmond, Fredericksburg, Hampton Roads, Charlottesville, Roanoke, Blacksburg and Shenandoah Valley markets along with statewide events such as VAMA’s annual conference, the state’s largest Multifamily Rental Housing specific conference.
