Leasing 101 is designed for both beginners and as a refresher in basic leasing. The student will be able to know how to set up their day, tour, close on the phone, ask effective questions and qualify prospects in upon completion of the course. Moreover, there is a large focus on closing skills that the student will be able perform after the class.

“Life isn't Fair... But Housing Has to Be!” is a three-hour course that teaches you about legal rights and responsibilities under the Fair Housing Law.  This course, offered by the Virginia Apartment Management Association gives you the basic foundation of Fair Housing Law required of all housing providers.

This seminar is great for leasing specialists, assistant managers and managers who are just starting out in the industry or anyone who wants a refresher course on some of the important basics of the Virginia Residential Landlord Tenant Act and how to use it in conjunction with your lease.
