Maintenance Roundtables

Moderated Discussions     2 CECs

We will have 4 tables, each with a different topic.  Attendees will rotate from table to table and discuss the various maintenance topics.  Each table will have a moderator and topics include customer service, improved productivity, mold remediation & general mechanical as well as Fair Housing and how it relates to maintenance professionals (not a Fair Housing certification course).

Everyday Financial Management

Instructor:  Renee Pulliam, Synergizer Consulting Services     2 CECs

Maximizing the value of an owner's asset should be your most important goal.  In "Everyday Financial Management" you will learn how the daily operations of your property directly impact your owner's bottom line.  This seminar will provide insight into making simple adjustments to move in scheduling, concessions, purchasing, and daily organization in order to increase the value of your property.  While this seminar will cover basic budgeting and financial analysis, it is NOT a math class!  Instead, it is a focus on streamlining your daily operational functions and learning how those minor changes directly improve the financial position of your property.
