Nusbaum Realty Company, suffered a horrific tragedy on March 19, 2008 at Thalia Garden Apartments in Virginia Beach. While carrying out a routine apartment inspection, 2 maintenance employees were shot and killed and 3 additional employees suffered serious injuries. S.L. Nusbaum has established a fund to benefit of the victims and families of the Thalia Garden Apartments’ shooting.
